Depending on if its stitch down or not it might include the following. If its a stitch down you have the option of leaving the midsole and just changing the outsole saving you a lot of money.

New original sole, midsole, cork and laces.
Includes minor stitching, cleaning and conditioning, and new laces. 

Turn-around time is 2 weeks.
