Frequently Asked Questions

Can you stretch leather shoes?

Yes! We can stretch leather shoes up to 1” in the width, which allows for a roomier fit in the toe area of the shoe. Fabrics and other materials can also be stretched, just not always as easily. For a shoe stretch, we can stretch the same shoe 3 times in order to get just the right size.

Can you repair boots including the zipper?

Yes! We can often fix an existing zipper or replace it altogether.

How long will it take to receive my repaired items back?

Not long! Generally, your items will be repaired in about 5-7 days after we receive them. As soon as your repairs are complete, we’ll ship them back to you. The entire process generally takes about 2-3 weeks. It all just depends on the repairs needed.

How does online shoe repair work?

Online shoe repair, or mail-in shoe repair, is a piece of cake! All you need to do is to place you repair order online, box up your items and affix the prepaid shipping label, and then ship your items to our cobblers. Or you can find a local drop off location to bring your items and then will ship them for you. We'll tenderly repair your items and then ship them back to you just as soon as the magic is complete!

Before placing an order, we suggest first grabbing your shoes, boots, handbag or other item that needs to be repaired and evaluate any/all damage they have. That way, you can better visualize and choose the repairs you need.
